Refund & Return Policy

At Vaibhavi Global Services (VGS), we aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

If you are not entirely happy with your order, our Return & Refund Policy will guide you through the process step-by-step.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at delivery.
Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
Request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:

Personal care & hygiene products (cosmetics, etc).
Food, beverages, or perishable goods.
Customized, made-to-order, or clearance sale items.

2. Return Process

Raise Request

Email sales@vaibhaviglobalservices.com with Order ID & photos.

Approval & Pickup

Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup.

Inspection

Quality check at our warehouse to verify condition.

Refund/Replacement

Final resolution processed within 7-10 days.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

COD Orders: Refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

*Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Replacement Policy

If you prefer, we can send you a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability. Replacement requests follow the same process as returns.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return and processed as per this policy.
