Vaibhavi Global Services (VGS) operates as an export import facilitation and global sourcing service provider, connecting Indian sellers and buyers with international buyers and sellers.

2. Scope of Services

VGS provides services including seller onboarding, buyer enquiry facilitation, export documentation support, logistics coordination assistance, and trade-related advisory services. VGS does not guarantee order confirmation or business success.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers and buyers agree that all information provided is accurate and compliant with export laws. Product quality, pricing, and delivery obligations rest solely with the seller.

4. Buyer and Sellers Responsibilities

Buyers and sellers agree that RFQs (Request for Quotations) shared are genuine and payments to sellers are handled directly unless agreed otherwise.

5. Fees & Payments

All fees and commissions are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Commission is payable upon successful deal confirmation or shipment execution.

6. Role Limitation

VGS is not liable for disputes, delays, payment issues, or trade risks between buyers and sellers. Our role is strictly limited to facilitation and coordination.

7. Confidentiality

All business information, trade secrets, and inquiries shared through VGS are strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, website design, branding, and logos belong exclusively to Vaibhavi Global Services.

9. Suspension & Termination

VGS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any user if these terms are violated or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or jurisdiction lies exclusively in Maharashtra.

11. Amendments

VGS may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
